Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Zurrii Luxury, its suppliers, affiliates, and service providers provide the Website and services on an "as is" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. Payment

While using any payment method available on the Website, we shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to:
1. Lack of authorization for any transaction,
2. Exceeding the mutually agreed present limit between you and the bank,

4. Decline of the transaction for any other reason.

Compliance with Laws

General

If any clause of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, that clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you and Zurrii Luxury regarding the subject matter discussed herein.

Zurrii Luxury, at its sole discretion, may transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement, assign this agreement, or novate this agreement without your prior express consent.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zurrii Luxury be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with these Terms of Use.
