How long will my order take to arrive?

The order will be delivered in 7-10 working days to all the metros and tier I cities, while for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at support@thehouseofrare.com.

How would I know if my order is placed?

You will get a confirmation mail of the placed order and will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse.

What happens if my shipment does not get delivered on time?

In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at support@thehouseofrare.com. We will do our best to get it delivered for you at the earliest.

Are there any shipping charges on delivery?

There are no shipping charges for orders in India. In case of international orders shipping charges are applicable.

What happens to orders where products are received in damaged condition?

In that case, please place a return for the product from the below link. Once the return request is placed we will pick the product and refund the whole amount without any additional cost.

Within how many days of purchase can I return my order?

You can only make your return within 7 days of receiving it.

I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

You can exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive courier tracking information via WhatsApp and email as soon as it’s shipped.

What if I want to cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering. After that, orders are usually processed and unable to be cancelled.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for manufacturing defects or wrong items. Request via our returns portal or DM us; once approved, dispatch it back with tags intact and we’ll process your refund/exchange.

What if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

So sorry! Please email us at zurriiluxury@gmail.com or DM with photos. We’ll either resend a new piece or refund the full amount without extra charges.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size chart on each product page and match against your bust and shoulder measurements. Still unsure? Message us—we offer personalized fit advice.

Do these outfits shrink after wash?

We use high-quality cotton & muslin, pre-washed for shrinkage. However, to avoid size change, always hand-wash in cold water and air-dry in shade.

Are these outfits see-through?

Some lighter colors may require a slip or lining. This is noted in the product description. If unsure, please ask—we’ll advise suitable innerwear.

How do I care for Chikankari?

Hand-wash only in cold water. Avoid bleach and strong detergents. Air dry in shade, iron on reverse at medium heat. Store folded in breathable bags to preserve embroidery.

Why are there slight imperfections in the embroidery?

That’s the soul of handmade work. Each motif is crafted by artisans—small variations are a sign of real Chikankari, not a defect.

Is this readymade or semi-stitched?

Each product clearly states: Readymade = fully stitched and ready to wear. Semi-stitched = needs minimal tailoring (usually at waist or sleeves)

Can I mix-and-match dupattas or bottoms?

Yes! Our separates are designed for coordination. DM us if you need help styling the perfect combo.

Which payment modes do you accept?

We accept all major UPI wallets (Paytm, Google Pay), cards, net banking, and prepaid orders. COD is available only for select ready stock pieces.

What if my payment fails?

Please screenshot the failed transaction and share with us. We’ll verify and either update the order or refund you as needed.

Yes! We love working with boutiques, stylists, or bridesmaids customization. Reach out with your requirements—turnaround and MOQ depend on fabric and design.

Is all your Chikankari hand-embroidered or machine-made? How do I identify the difference?

We offer both, and clearly mention it on each product page. Hand embroidery often shows minor inconsistencies or thread knots, which actually prove its authenticity.

What kind of fabric do you use for Chikankari? Is it suitable for Indian weather?

We primarily use breathable fabrics like cotton, mulmul, and chiffon — all perfect for Indian climates. They're light, flowy, and skin-friendly.

Are the colors in the photos accurate to the real product?

We try our best to show exact shades, but due to lighting and screen differences, slight variation is natural.

How do I care for Chikankari outfits? Can I wash them at home?

Yes, hand-washing in cold water is safe for most products. We recommend avoiding machine wash or harsh detergents, especially for delicate threads.

Do you offer custom sizing or tailoring options?

Yes, we do offer custom stitching on select products. You can share your measurements after placing the order.

I have a special event. Can I request a faster delivery?

Yes! Drop us a message on WhatsApp or email before ordering. We’ll do our best to expedite it.

I want to gift this. Can you pack it beautifully or add a message?

Absolutely! We offer free gift wrapping and custom note options. Just mention it during checkout.

Will the embroidery loosen or fade after washing?

If washed and handled gently, Chikankari embroidery lasts beautifully. Avoid soaking, wringing, or ironing directly on the embroidery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! International delivery charges and timeframes will be shown at checkout.

What if the product doesn't fit me? Do you accept returns?

We offer exchanges for sizing issues on most ready-to-wear items. However, customized or altered pieces are non-returnable.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces are limited editions and won’t be restocked. But if you're interested, let us know — we may recreate it or offer something similar.

Do you use azo-free or skin-friendly dyes in your fabrics?

Yes, most of our fabrics are dyed using skin-safe, breathable, and azo-free colors—perfect for sensitive skin.

Can I request a specific length or sleeve customization?

Yes, for some designs you can request slight customizations like length adjustments or sleeve style while placing the order.

What you see is what you get. However, since many pieces are hand-finished, slight variations are natural and reflect the handmade beauty.

Yes, all Zurrii Luxury orders are wrapped in tissue and come with an option to add a handwritten note for gifting.

How do I care for delicate threadwork on pastel shades?

We recommend storing them in a muslin bag away from sunlight and always ironing on the reverse side.
