RETURN / EXCHANGE ORDER 

At Zurrii, every order represents a carefully crafted garment created through skilled hand embroidery and thoughtful finishing. Unlike mass-produced clothing, our products involve time-intensive artisanal processes, which makes each piece unique. Because of this, our return and exchange framework is designed to protect both customer satisfaction and the integrity of handcrafted work.

We encourage customers to review all product details, size charts, and descriptions before placing an order. However, if a return or exchange is required, we ensure a structured and transparent process that allows genuine concerns to be addressed fairly.

All return or exchange requests are subject to review and approval in accordance with the conditions mentioned below.

REQUEST A RETURN

  • We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders in India. 

  • We offer standard and express COD for delivery within India. 

  • Usually, orders are dispatched within one business day from order date

  • Standard Delivery within India - 3 to 4 business days

CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must strictly meet all of the following conditions:

  • The garment must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • No stains, odours, perfume, makeup marks, or damage should be present

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact

  • The product must not have been altered, stitched, or customised in any way

Any product returned in a condition that does not meet these standards may be rejected and returned to the customer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY (INDIA)

Zurrii offers complimentary shipping across India. Once an order is confirmed, it enters the processing stage, which typically takes 3 to 5 working days. This time allows for careful inspection, finishing, and packing of handcrafted garments.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • The delivery location

  • Courier partner operations

  • Seasonal demand or festive periods

While we strive to deliver all orders within the promised timeframe, delays caused by external logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility

A product is eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product meets all return condition requirements

  • The item passes quality inspection upon receipt

Each returned product undergoes a detailed quality check to ensure it remains in original condition.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange due to their nature:

  • Unstitched suits, fabrics, and dupattas

  • Custom-made, altered, or tailored garments

  • Products purchased during clearance sales, stock clearance events, or special promotional offers

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

Minor variations in colour, embroidery, or texture are inherent to handcrafted chikankari and are not considered defects.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If an exchange request is approved, it is subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, Zurrii may issue a store credit instead of an exchange.

Store credits:

  • Are issued at Zurrii’s discretion

  • Can be used for future purchases on the website

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds are credited:

  • To the original payment method

  • Or issued as store credit, depending on the situation

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Clear images of the product

  • Images of the outer and inner packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Upon verification, Zurrii will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Zurrii garments are handcrafted using traditional techniques. Minor irregularities in embroidery, stitch density, thread alignment, or colour tone are natural characteristics of handmade products and reflect their authenticity.

Such variations should not be treated as defects.
